Sha Lee Hornsby was raised in Dallas, Texas. The world of Staffing found her as a working student and provided a great foundation for her career. She graduated with a Business Marketing degree from University of Houston-Downtown in Houston, Texas. Sha spent her entire career in the area of recruiting professionals at all levels, from administrative, technical and engineering roles to executive-level positions. After many years of professional recruiting, she left her “normal” life and moved across the globe for an Expat experience with her husband and son. While living abroad, her journey was multi-faceted. Within 8.5 years, Sha was a stay-at-home mom, a professional working mom (proudly working in my area of expertise), and even delivered her youngest child while living abroad.
